Giiiirl, I just found your podcast yesterday and I love it!! I’m a total beginner and am focusing on body recomp AFTER completing a 70 day no carb no sugar challenge where I lost 25 lbs. I’m afraid that I lost too much weight (5’2” 117lbs now) and after listening to you I wish I would’ve started strength training sooner!
